"Kathy, and her hard working team, go over and above at every check point. If you need your house sold she is the one to look for. If you're selling a condo or a large estate, her loyalties are the same. She works equally as hard for each and every client. How does she do it…we'll that's the question of the year! ***WONDERWOMAN*** She is always available to help out, it doesn't matter how big or small. Her marketing is always creative and plentiful. Some agents sign you up for a six month lock, and wait for others to sell your property. Not Kathy, if you're willing, she will hold a open house for you as often as you can handle it. And yes either KATHY or her partner who happens to be her darling daughter Erika will be there for every open house. A note of thanks for your professional representation as my Realtor this past year. In looking back it seems strange we only met one year ago. You have done so much for me and my family in such a short period of time. I know it was difficult listing our home during the divorce and I had a very ill child at home during that time. On top of this the housing market had began to decline as well. You and your assistant Erika were absolutely the kindest amazing people who were constant professionals throughout the process. You managed to help keep the peace and helped to keep everyone on task. I Thank God for our home selling to the first buyers and for an impressive 2.1 Million!
In addition to listing the home for sale you helped me search for a rental home. When one was located you brought over some lighting and your husband Ron built shelving inside my youngest daughter's closet. This past December you represented me in the purchase of my home. My daughters and I were thrilled to have the opportunity to move in on time to celebrate Christmas Day in our own space! We had survived a very difficult year and so desperately needed that blessing.
How could I thank you enough or tell you enough how much I appreciate you and all you've done. When I received your newsletter I read where you mention you want to be our "realtor for life" I thought to myself how there will be some who will have no idea what this means, but I most certainly know!

Hi there, I've been wanting to write to you for a long time since the move, but have been crazy busy, as usual.
